The general terms and conditions are based on the model General Drinking Water Terms and Conditions 1994/1998 of the Association of Dutch Water Companies (VEWIN). The model General Drinking Water Terms and Conditions 1994/1998 of VEWIN were reached in consultation with the Consumers’ Association (Consumentenbond) and the Dutch consumer organisation Konsumenten Kontakt in the context of the Committee for Consumer Affairs (CCA) of the Social and Economic Council.
